Autism & ADHD Coaching

Diagnosed late? You're right on time. Autism and ADHD support to help women+ navigate their next chapter with clarity and confidence.

Welcome, we're glad to see you've joined us!

We help late-diagnosed Autistic and ADHD women+ who struggle with leveraging their brains to obtain personal goals, by teaching them the behavioral principles needed to achieve the life they want! Our approach blends the compassionate insight of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the practical strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Our goal is to help members build lives rooted in their own values, rather than the expectations of others. We believe in the effectiveness of ethical behavioral science with autonomy at the center. We acknowledge the painful and often dehumanizing history of our field, and we are committed to doing things differently.

Through ACT, we help members clarify what truly matters; through ABA, we turn those values into sustainable action. Together, we create environments and habits that support the lives they actually want to live.

FAQs

You've got questions. We've got answers.

What is it that you do?

We’re neurodivergent coaches who support autistic and ADHD women+ in building productivity systems that work with their brains and align with their values.

What can I expect to learn in the courses?

In our courses, you can expect to explore topics such as: understanding your unique neurodivergent brain, developing personalized coping strategies for sensory input and executive function challenges, improving social interactions, and building a life authentically aligned with your values. We'll focus on practical techniques and a strengths-based approach to help you navigate everyday life more effectively and with greater ease.

Can I be direct and open about my experiences?

Absolutely! This is a core value of The Late Diagnosis Club. Our 1:1 coaching space is designed to be a safe, supportive, and understanding environment where you can be your authentic self. We embrace neurodivergent communication styles and encourage directness and openness in sharing your experiences and questions.

Do I need to have my camera on during the 1:1 coaching?

We understand that being on camera can be uncomfortable for some, and you are absolutely welcome to keep your camera off during our 1:1 coaching sessions if that makes you feel most comfortable. Your participation and learning are what's most important. If it does not cause you emotional distress, we do gently encourage keeping your camera on when possible, as seeing each other can foster another level of connection and a more engaged group dynamic. However, the choice is always yours, and we prioritize your comfort and well-being.

How long does the coaching process typically take?

The duration of one-on-one coaching is highly individualized and depends on your specific goals and needs. Some clients find significant benefit from a short frequent series of sessions, while others prefer more spread-out ongoing support. We can discuss a recommended duration during an initial consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies slightly between the courses and 1:1 coaching. All prerecorded classes and printable products follow our Terms of Use for refunds and access. While our 1:1 coaching service is governed by your Statement of Work (SOW).
